Steel City Vapors

I visit the shop at least twice a week. Ever since I started vaping they've been the most helpful people and answer all of my questions. When I've had issies with any mods, they've been there to fix or replace the item. Everyone is super friendly and I love that they are there to help and are very truthful and not just out to make a buck. For example, when I went in for the first time, they could've easily sold me the biggest most expensive mod and tank there was, but instead asked questions about me to find out what I needed as a starter. So they showed me some different types of kits and I bought one. I've been going to them for over a year now and am always happy and satisfied when I leave. I've never had a bad experience or left spending money I didn't need to spend. I'm thankful they're around and am now a loyal customer for life!

Stopped in to get some juice and an rda they had advertised for sale on their website, was told that was the online price only. So they will pack it and ship it for that price but not sell at that price to someone who is going to buy more product and stop in frequently. Good business practices.
