Montgomery Municipal Court

I believe that I have been ticketed in error. First, I am new in montgomery. Second I was accelerating to get into the right lane to exit ( allowable I/A/W the rule book. If in fact there is passing lanes and traffic goes at 70 miles per hour there would be no need for multiple lanes. Radar guns ARE NOT CALIBRATED every 6 months or a year. I am an expert in calibration and have been fopr 40 YEARS. Questions. Also my Safety course ended prematurely right before i took the FINAL TEST. Advice. There is a lot more
