Banfield Pet Hospital

Meh. Just ok. Recently moved to the area coming from an area with a Banfield that I loved. So, since we are on the “pet plan” that Banfield offers, we of course made appointments at this location for our dog’s check ups. We also got a new puppy that was sick. The check ups were rather blah. It was an in the door, they look good...here’s your heart worm protection and back out the door. Just want a little more of a relationship with my pet’s health provider. Last provider felt like we had known him forever and he was genuinely concerned about our pets well being. The sick puppy visit was a waste of time. They had no idea what was wrong with him and suggested that I take him to a high dollar veterinarian specialist in Charlotte. Puppy is fine. Took him back to the breeder and all is good without the vet bill that would have easily been in the thousands. They are nice and a great place to do Well Visits but I’m looking for a provider that can care for my fur babies when they are sick too.
