Lake Norman Animal Hospital

Twice they have made inaccurate billings and/or billed for items that have already been paid for on my bills. After placing a stop payment on the check for the 2nd time after reviewing the bill, I contacted the office simply asking to be billed the proper amount and I would be more than happy to take of it. After waiting for a call back from their accounting person (Lisa) that works part time she informed me they were going to charge me a fee for stopping payment on the check on top of the amount due. She was absolutely completely clueless to the fact it was their billing error in the first place. It was like talking to a complete idiot. All they had to do was correct the bill and be done with it. This took place in December of 2009 and they still can not seem to get this corrected and referred it to a credit agency. Which isn't in a position to do anything because of the inaccurate bill in the first place from Lake Normal Animal Hospital. Just complete incompetence for something that could have been resolved in 24 hours.
