NTB National Tire & Battery

I went to this location to get theee new tires. Cost me $800. A few days later all two of the tires were losing air and my censor was no longer working. I took my car back to NTB. The man told me that the tires were fine and that sometimes the censors stop working over time. I was so upset because they refused to return them. I will never go back to this location.
My tires lose air every few weeks and I have to continuously add air to them. No one should pay that much money and have issues. I’m wondering if the tires were used.

I used to love this place, but they are just plain slow, no more walking in and get service, now you have to make an appointment for just about everything, they are always understaffed with techs and the service is just horrible, I had a appointment for tire rotation and balance and alignment for my Volvo, it took over an hour to get a simple rotation and balance and they did not have a tech for the alignment. Keep in mind I came Friday morning to start with and now it's Sunday night and I still have to comeback for alignment. This place is a big inconvenience. How are they still in business. No, I would not recommend this place to anyone, by the way, I took my vehicle across the street to a haveline express lube and got oil change and transmission service in 45 mins, now that's service.
