Lucky Bones Country Club

I can barely give this place one star. I never leave reviews but in this case, I thought it may be the right thing to do distorted fact that we love our pets like our children. Firstborn, the front desk was a mad house and so unprofessional. One girl was sitting up on the counter eating And didn't acknowledge my presence. Another young lady came in to help me but she was "cold" in her demeanor and seemed irritated. She gave quick snappy answers to my questions and seemed to have no concern that these are my babies I'm leaving in their hands. When I watched the tv monitor I noticed my dog had no water for a long time. I also noticed that she had pooped and threw up in her cage and it took so long for anyone to notice. I never saw her get any special attention and I know it's hard to show every dog that special attention. I felt so bad for her and the staff need to get it together. I will tell everyone I know about inexperience and post it on Facebook.This just really hurts me. How about finding some staff that are an appropriate age to handle such responsibility. Thanks..
