Where to start... First they have a Cracker Jack backup generator that was non functional when we arrived after a big storm. I get weather is unpredictable but do regular tests on your generator please! Secondly- NO INTERNET IN THE ROOMS! Their network was down for the entirety of our stay - and then they tried to stick is with the bill for it! Hospitality staff were rude and loud in hallways when we were trying to sleep. They constantly were removing towels from our bathroom and not replacing them. Had to hunt them down to get something as simple as a hand towel. The kids were constantly finding left behind artifacts from previous guests around the bed skirt and they left the neighboring alarm clock set for 5 am after they checked out. I'm terrified to know what else they may be missing inbetween guests. The food was DISGUSTING!! We tried room service twice, the first time our order was completely wrong. We stupidly decided to try it again as it was more convenient at the time. Bad choice - I took 2 bites and couldn't eat any more than that. I would never choose to stay here again. At this point the Super 8 across the street is preferable! The ONLY plus I have for this location is that the AC and shower worked well in our room - and that's about the only nice thing I can say.

My wife reserved 3 rooms for my family in early September 2010 using her credit card to hold the rooms. My son and his wife paid for their room with their credit card upon checkout. My daughter and her husband paid for their room upon checkout with their credit card. I paid for our room with my credit card.



After we got home I checked my credit card bill and found that Westin correctly charged my card, but also charged my wife's credit card for my daughter's room (which she had paid on their card).



We contacted Westin four time and each time were assured that they would correct the charge. Nearly 4 weeks later we are STILL waiting.
