In my opinion one of the best shops too go to. Their prices are extremely fair and their service is reliable. They get your car done fast so you can be on your way with your day. People that have problems with Bob wearing his pistol on his hip while working obviously don't know the man. The state wouldn't deem it legal and safe if he didn't qualify as such and to top it off: it's his business he can do what he likes and sees fit. At any rate, I would refer any of my friends or even a stranger there because I know that Bob and his team will get the job done right and as soon as possible.

Bob the owner yes has a pistol on his hip why you ask for show we live in a horrible world and he should be able to protect his self and company .If you knew what was wrong with your vechicel why would you take it to a repair shop to have the problem check out ,why not just say ok Fix this problem XXXX then you would not have to pay for a fee for them to tell you what is the issue with your car , and electrical problem are very hard to fix and take alot of time to fix properly so if it cost you $75 to fix a electrical problem that is a great price .everyone needs a break during the work day so what if the tech ate a snack. you said yourself it was a long day there well the tech was also there and was entiled to a break i bet you take work breaks at your Job , They do have other customer to take care of beside you But the way where do you work i would love to come in and see how your customer service is or is this Bubba whatever does not want to be known because this person is not tellig the truth about Bob Kerns auto repair Bubba have a great day !!!!!!!

I used to go to Bob Kerns for all my electrical needs they were friendly had a good price but this last time it was not like that i showed up when they opened and was there for almost the better part of the day the got charged for an hour of work for 10 mins of work and even got changed for the mechanics to have a snack and work on other peoples car worst shop i have ever been to and will never go back also if you guys want another reason to stay away the owner feels it is absolutley nessasary to carry a pistol on his hip while he is working on your vehicle. Also i would have not given this shop a rating of one but you have to click a star on your review but I really rate the service and time i had a zero thank you for telling me something i already knew if thats all it took i would have paid $75.00 for you to tell me that it was a car and yes i did have a problem WORST EVER!!!!!!!
