I have used this company for almost 30 years sometimes he gets busy but sometimes he is working alone. He has the most reasonable rates I have found anyplace and has both the flatbed and regular tow trucks. As far as this Levi character he probably knew he didnt have the title ahead of time (I know where the title is to my car) If you Levi didnt have the title and he had to sit on the car waiting for you to get the title, he should charge you storage. You inconvienced him from the get go.Metal prices do fluctuate so your $300 car could have been worth $200 plus a space in his yard... do the math. The guy lost his girlfriend to cancer. He is far from unreasonable and heartless. Let your car sit in another lot for 10 days see how much it costs. Some places charge $50 a day He was charging you $20 a day (unheard of) . He's not making a profit off of your junked car he I am sure lost money in time and tying up a space.

Unfortunately this towing company deceived my wife and I and we have it all audibly recorded. Simply put, this towing company agreed to take our car and pay us $300 due to a tree totaling it out. They then take the car and make double & triple profit by selling parts and mostly scraping the metal for money. When the worker for Pete came to pick up the car and put it on the flat bed, he then asked for the title so that we could fully sign the car over to their ownership. My wife (after 20something mins) could not find the title and we deemed it misplaced. The worker said that he would have to call his boss (Pete) to see what we could do. After the worker finished speaking to Pete, the boss, the worker said "what we can do is give you a $100’s now and then the remaining $200’s after you get the title". He continued to tell us how to order a title and even approximately how long it would take for it arrive (about 10days - 2weeksish). The worker after looking at the work he did to get the car on the flat bed and having to take it back down of the truck, saw it sensible to take the car with him and we get the title to him ASAP. NO PROBLEM. We ordered the title the very next day and sure enough, in about 10days it arrived. We called Pete to get it to him and he unfortunately had a death in the family (Blessings and Peace to him and the family -btw). We then called him a day or two later to try and complete the transaction and he completely changed the entire agreement on us. He wanted to charge us towing and storage fees which made no sense at all. The storage and tow cost he quoted was over $150 cash. Pause: If you are paying us for the car to go and make a profit (and my wife and I know this), why would we agree to pay $150 for towing and storage? We’d then be giving you the car for just $150. We didn’t agree to that by any means…it doesn’t even make sense. Long story short we were very upset because he ended up revealing the fact that the price of metal dropped significantly over the past two weeks and he wouldn't be making much money on the vehicle, so he had to charge us now. Remember I have this recorded. After we asked and asked to stick with the original deal and also asking him why he was treating us like this, we agreed to take only $150 more. When his worker came to pick the title up and give us the remaining money, he too said “yea I heard about what happened with Pete, he’s a little upset because the price of metal dropped a lot”. Can you believe this? Anyway, I don’t know anything about their towing service but on the business end, they completely went back on their word and I have the PROOF to back it up. Pete was SO UNREASONABLE AND HEARTLESS. This is why I record every large purchase or transaction and I suggest you do it also. Peace and Honesty everyone, and be careful.
