Open Door Dental Clinic

I tryed to get some work done . I went in on a emergency tooth broke and a big lump that had swollen up. I keep telling them my tooth was broken and it needed look at I could move it away from the tooth I didnt get anything done or fix barley look at then it was how I was going to pay them I got a attitude was left laying there more then I was look at for 2 sec I left I end up pulling the bit of tooth out myself . What a joke. no one help me or did there job to help me in pain . So they rack up a buch of stuff to charge me with nothing done it was come back I was like I need something done now right now . Why cant you, you dont took xrays you know what you need to do do it but nothing sucks when you have to do there job. Its walk around and do nothing .

My husband went to this dentist office last week. It is a low income office We were not happy with it at all. He has a tooth that was bothering him . We were told he would need some expensive dental work . He was made to feel very embarrassed and unhappy by the dental assistant . She was asking why he hadn't been to the dentist in so long or the doctor and was very rude to him like she was accusing him of being negectful. He has no insurance and very little money which is the reason he had not been to a dentist. Newsflash ,when you're working at a low income dentist office the people who come in are low income . No one wants to have dental problems but some people cannot afford to go. It is not right to make people feel embarrassed or ashamed. Not very helpful.
