Benchmark Plumbing

I used their service, the work was adequate however they caused problems with mistakes throughout the job. Benchmark lacks attention to detail and it shows. Over-all at the end of the job I was left feeling that I wish I had chosen a company that was more customer service oriented. I would not be comfortable recommending them to family or friends.

My experience with this company was three leaks out of four devices plus a hole in the ceiling and poor quality of installation as mounding up caulk to fill a half inch gap is not what I consider good work and one faucet where the cold was hot and the hot was cold. They will respond and fix most items eventually after a few tries but how many times do you want to have to meet the plumber for them to redo a sloppy job?
