If you looking to rent at any of the apartment complexes owned and managed by this company be careful.



In my opinion and from experience as a current tenant at one of their apartment complexes, if you complaint about something they seem to have a problem. At the end when upper management gets involved like the general manager of Gross Builders he seems to have a problem and makes uncall and unprofessional comments. This clearly has showed me that do not care and do not want people that ever has a problem or complaints.



I advice anyone to look to rent somewhere else. If you don't have any complaints or don't care about how anything is in general then any rules or anything in general that they decide to do at any time should not affect you.



Also they tell people when you look into when inquiry to rent that they do activities but at the end they do not do any activities for the residents.



There are a lot of families living here and is a shame that they don't.
