        Overall

        Dr. Boutros and his staff have terrible bedside manner, are not honest and he is going to no longer see MS patients. This doctor has his own health problems and takes them out on the patient. Staff does not call referrals, rx's or any other forms in a timely manner. If you are looking for a neuro due to MS...pass on this one.

        GET A NEW DOCTOR

        From the beginning, I had a horrible time with this staff. It took about one month to get my first appointment. It felt they had too many patients then they can handle. My contact for the first 10 minutes of my apt was fine until I asked the staff a question. Then it was all downhill. The female staff in front (Jennifer and another white female, unknown name) started rolling their eyes and started raising their voices.
