I went to Good Year Mountain View today, the Manager and employees were truly amazing. Not only did they give me a quote for $300 less than my usual mechanic, they were very friendly. They even went the extra mile and took me home so I didn't need to wait there for 2 hours. Elio, the Store Manager was awesome. I called to tell him that I needed to pick my children up early from school. Everyone was busy so he came and picked me up. He is a great guy. Also I believe he quoted me less than he should have but he stuck to the original price quote and did not charge me more like I have had some places do in the past. Good Year Mountain View on Clinton Keith is my new car repair store. Thank you guys for making everything so pleasant today. I will be back, but hopefully not to soon.... Leslie Emery : )
