AAA Ace Mobile Auto Repair

We came to Myrtle beach for vacation and our car started shaking really bad on the way here. We got here late Saturday night and tried to call mechanics first thing Sunday. We were afraid we would get stuck here, so we needed to get the work done fast. AAA ace was one of the only ones open on Sunday, so we called him. We are so glad we did! He was booked up Sunday, but came to us on Monday. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within about 2 hours. He was very honest and fair with the price. We knew being tourists that a mechanic could rip us off because we had to have it fixed fast. He didn’t take advantage of us and he was a great mechanic! We highly recommend calling him.

Being snowbirds who come to Myrtle Beach to evade the cold Wisconsin winters, we are not aware of auto service providers in the Myrtle Beach area. I had to find out on a weekend. Last Saturday afternoon an engine warning light came on our auto. Being over a month and over 1200 miles from our hometown, I decided I needed someone to look at it here. I tried the dealership service departments as was told I had to call back Monday morning around 8:00 am. I also tried an independent auto service and only received a voice mail. I resigned myself to having to wait until Monday to get my car looked at. Out of the blue Saturday evening I received a call back from the independent auto service, AAA Ace Mobile Auto Repair. I had never even left a message but the owner, Charlie, called back because he had caller ID. I explained my problem and Charlie said he would be happy to look at the auto Sunday morning. When Charlie showed up and ran diagnostics it was determined that the problem could be caused by a bad gas cap. Charlie said he would be happy to go to O'Reilly Auto and get the part, put it on and make sure it was working. He did just that. Charlie charged me $100.00 total, I was amazed and so happy and definitely recommend his service.

My daughter, her boyfriend, and their baby went to North Myrtle Beach for the day yesterday. My daughter calls me scared, her car has ran hot and she can't move it. I look online and find Charlie's number. From the beginning he gave me advice. My daughter had to spend the night, but my 9am he had her car and promised it back to her by 5pm. He was back to the condo well before 5pm. The car was fixed and they could begin to travel back home. I spoke to Charlie several times during the day about her car. He kept me updated and I was also able to pay him over the phone for him. He was so nice and polite. He was an answer to our prayers that Monday night. Charlie was an answer to prayer. We had just arrived in Myrtle Beach for a week's vacation and our van's fan broke and flew into the radiator. Charlie came out immediately, accessed the damage and gave us a ballpark estimate. He shopped around to find the best prices on the fan assembly and kept in constant contact with us letting us know when the parts would arrive and when they did he repaired our vehicle in a timely manner.
