        Worse company I have ever dealt with. Office personnel bill you for services that warranty should cover. Had microwave replaced in Nov 2016. Received a bill Nov 11 2017 from Myrtle Beach Appliance for amount that they should have billed the warranty company last year. Called my Choice Warranty provider and was told the company never billed them. When I recalled Myrtle Beach Appliance I received a chewing out about Choice Warranty never paying them so as far as they are concerned it was my issue not theirs. Rude and inefficient book keeping. How is a company to pay for services when you NEVER BILLED them. What a joke. WATCH OUT for this company. AVOID them. NON professional.

        My wall unit air conditioner broke done on one of the hottest days of the year. Called in and with in 2 hours they swapped out my unit for a new one.

        It took them 2 1/2 months to get the needed part for my broken dishwasher. When they finally installed the part, the dishwasher broke again after 2 cycles. Was the problem misdiagnosed? Was the installed part defective? Who knows!? What I do know is that they don't return phone calls.

        if you don't mind doing all the leg work on tracking down what's going on with your repair and parts Call them... Please don't be in a rush, oh if you need it in a hurry go some where else, because they are good at passing the buck around the office, no one knows what's going on. really said,

        Do not use this company. also took 250 from me for washer repair. Scheduled 5 times for repair showed up once and tore the machine apart then left. Never came back. Ive tried since 1/15 to have repairs completed. Dont deserve one star. JeanneB. 3/15

        Do not use this company. The technician I got through this company took my $250 to repair my microwave and never returned. It took over 6 weeks to get my money returned and only because I got the Sheriff and my son involved. They do not verify their technicians in any way.
