Top Cuts & Nails

I rushed to put in the chair for a pedicure didn't even get to pick my color. The chairs don't adjust to go forward enough (I'm short) and the lady burned my foot when she turned the water on.

I give top hair and nails a 5 star. Because me and my grandma goes there and we like cookie and the others that did are hair or nails.

ok I would give this place negative stars if I could! I have tried this place over and over again. the first time was great. but ever since I have walked out saying ARE YOU KIDDING ME! the lady with long hair does great on hair and the lady with short hair did good on my daughters aline but only the first time for both the second I felt butchered. my boyfriend feels the same. they are not consistent at all. now lets add the nail salon... what a joke! they are crap! the first time I was happy but I have come back twice since the experiences 1: the lady made me bleed really really bad and my nails looked horrible. 2: figured I would give the guy a shot. that was dumb!my 5 year old daughter could of done better. it looked like I needed a fill before I left. he looked lost an clueless. I will never go back! I like consistent service but now I go with out getting my nails done because every place I have been in antelope is horrifying good luck if you go here

they butchered my son's hair. The younger woman with long hair does a pretty good job but the older woman with short hair is horrible! I could have done a better job myself. I will never take him back there. That lady should NOT be cutting hair!

I received a coupon in the mail - They just opened and wanted to give customers a regular haircut for $5.99 (Intro. Offer). They have signs up and down Watt Ave (Antelope area) stating hair cuts $6.99. I went in there last week to get my hair cut. My hair is shoulder length and I just needed my ends trimmed. I sat down and the lady said it was going to be $10.00. I asked her about the $6.99 offer and was told that it applies to men, children and people with short hair. To me: shoulder length hair is "short" hair. I told the stylist I had a coupon that stated $5.99. Again, I couldn't use it because I wasn't a man, a child or have short hair. There were no restrictions on the signs advertising the $6.99 introductory price or on the coupon. Looking around the salon, there is not a price list, additional beauty products, etc. either I will never go there again. BEWARE OF THIS SALON!
