        Deceivers!

        Went to McD's this morning and decide to go through the drive-thru. Ordered my meal, proceeded to pay at window #1, there my transaction was taken care of and then went onto window #2, to pick up my order, to find out that they ran out of medium size cups and ask me if I was okay with a small size cup. I said to them, "So you are telling me that you're going to charge me for a medium size cup and give me a small size cup and think that's alright!""Oh, no!" "Give me my $0.50 cents back then!" "Then the assistant manager came up to the window to briefly discuss it with me and proceeded to tell me that I could pay additionally for a large size cup. "I was like how you figure I'm going to pay more for your f* up!" " I want my $0.50 cents back and give me the small size cup!"

        For the people with no common sense, they might of gotten away with that, but not me!

        The solution would have been to post signs on there drive thru menu that they ran out of medium size cups.

        They need a stronger management team!
