Clean Cars

Clean Cars is a bad business. They act friendly but they take advantage of you really bad! They dont check their cars. Now you dont buy the cars, they only lease the cars with a option to buy at the end of your contract. You pay nearly 3 times as much for the cars. PLEASE DONT GO HERE! There are much better places in Nashville. JD Ryder and clean cars are the worst. the only thing good is low down payments but trust me, it wont be worth it! They wanted $11,000 for a 2001 base v6 mustang, I ran out that place for good. Please do yourself a favor, dont get desperate and shop here. You will regret it

I needed a car after a repair at Firestone turned bad and I was left without a car. It was the day before Christmas Eve and I had next to no money for a car. I ended up here, desperate. I had trouble finding a car because everything I thought looked nice, I was told I didn't want because the car had mechanical problems. That should have been a sign to just walk away but I stayed.

In total I paid $380 a month for a 2007 car. It was fine at first but then problem after problem started, none of which was my fault. The front axle went out, the compressor went out, the transmission went out, and in the two days it sat over the weekend the battery died.

They offered to fix everything and finance it onto my loan. In total I would be paying $689 a month for this car AND they couldn't give me a loaner for the week they were going to have it.

I asked for a new car and they said no. I asked to be let out of my contract after 2 years of on time payments and again they said no. Finally I did what I was forced to do and let them repo the car and then filed bankrupt. Before this place I had a 725 credit score but because I was desperate I let them take advantage of me. They admitted from the start that a lot of their cars had problems and yet they were on the front lot. Do not go here, no matter how desperate you are.

They have really low down payments and good cars for people on a budget. And payments are not bad either.
