On a recent trip from Ohio to Tennessee, we started having engine trouble in Nashville. Not knowing where to go, we asked around and several people recommended Hillsboro Village Auto Service. We received prompt help, and our repair was done while we had lunch and visited some shops. The cost was very fair, and the work was top-notch! Thank you, Hillsboro Village Auto Service!

I have only used their auto repair for smaller things like tire changes, etc, but they have always been prompt and reliable. The convenience in Hillsboro Village can't be beat. Their prices are fairly competitive as well.

decent shop nothing too fancy. they do the bare minimum for your vehicle but if you are looking for a quick lube then you have found the right place!

I had a great experience with Good Neighbor. I have a 1997 Saturn 5-speed. It came to where it wasn't drivable because it would not shift. I got it to one auto shop and was told that the shifter cables needed to be replaced and that it would cost over $1000, which is way out of my budget. I called around to a few shops describing my problem and was told around the same pricing from each. When I called Good Neighbor they asked me to come in so they could take a look at it. After they checked it out, I was told that they would be able to repair the part instead of replacing it, which definitely cut the cost to a fraction of what it would have been if they were replaced. I was also fortunate enough to be offered a loan car to use so that I could get to work. I'm thankful for all the help I received and fortunate to happen upon such a good auto shop. I will definitely be back.

Purchased gas from this business and also went inside to purchase a snack. I was greeted with a smile and assisted right away. Locally owned station and it is nice to support local business owners. They also service and work on auto repairs with loaner cars available. Very convenient location to the Hillsboro Village area and downtown Nashville.
