Very nice repairman; explained everything about the dryer he was repairing as well as how I could prevent lint buildup, and thus prevent a house fire. He obviously knew what he was doing.

I needed a lid switch for my 10 year old washing machine. Ricky came out the same day that I called. He showed up when he said he would and the repair was quick and effective. I recommend A+ Appliance Reparie.

Mr. Reliford was here when he said he'd be here, called half an hour before arriving, was up-front about pricing, and most importantly was very honest about what needed replacing. He was friendly and polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I will be calling him again whenever I need repairs and I would recommend his services.

My 5 year old dishwasher wouldn't run a cycle so I called A+ repair. Ricky Reliford came out quickly. He called me 15 mins before hand (something most don't do nowadays like comcast) and was very prompt and friendly. His diagnosis was top notch and he figured out the problem within minutes. He did not need to replace anything and was very upfront with all of my options and costs. I will send all of my friends and family his way if they have any issues.

Mr. Reliford was courteous and very good at giving me all his rates up front so that I knew exactly what I was getting into. He was very thorough and gave me options for what was wrong with my water heater and even identified potential issues that were not direct appliance issues (like the possibility of a bad breaker). It turns out that some minor maintenance seems to have fixed my problem and the charge was very fair to what he did. I HIGHLY recommend this business and Mr. Reliford.
