Oh where do I start? We had an appt scheduled for 10am. My husband took off work for half the day to ensure we would be there. Well, by 1130, still no show nor a phone call. So, my husband calls and no response. Now it is after 12pm. My husband calls them again and they answered saying "they got busy chasing a loose dog on the street, we will have to reschedule" WHAT????? So, my husband took the ENTIRE day off now, which means loss of money and you couldnt even call us early enough to reschedule? That is such bad business. It would not have been a problem if they had called in advance, my husband would have just went to work. This was the 2nd time they have done this to us. My mother, who has 3 dogs, was looking for a groomer and asked about Agape Grooming and I told her DO NOT USE THEM because they will stand you up and not even call you to apologize, or reschedule. She didnt listen. She had an appt with them yesterday and guess what??? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! So my mom calls her after 2 hours past her appt time and they say "OH CAN YOU BRING YOUR DOGS TO ME? WE GOT BUSY." My mom said "No, we will reschedule, I will text you." My mom has text her 3x and as of today, NO RESPONSE! What a great way to do business. They are unprofessional, rude and so disrespectful of someones time. HINT: If you schedule an appointment and you cannot make it, TRY PICKING UP THE PHONE AND LETTING THAT CUSTOMER KNOW. Economy is bad and we do not have time to be sitting around loosing money waiting on you and when you DO show up, not even one cent discount. So, a person who works 8 hours a day and gets paid $20 an hour per say, just LOST $160 sitting at home WAITING ON YOU AND YOU DONT SHOW. You will not succeed in your business if you keep this up. I really think you all need to take some classes on how to run a business and how to treat your customers. If it werent for US, you would have no business!

I have taken my business along with my mother and 4 of my co-workers over to HOUSE OF GROOMING, across from Killeen High School. BEST SERVICE ON MY DOGS!! This lady is the sweetest. Oh and guess what.........if your appt is at 9am, you can drop them off at 9am!!!! WHOOO HOOO! Great Servive! Thats what customer service is all about! Agape, go talk to her, she might can teach you a few things!

Bad customer service

I reached out to them a week ago and made an appointment. Somehow the contact information for my appointment was misplaced. So on the day my appointment was scheduled I waited around for them to show up, no one came. I called them to ask if they were still coming today. I was told they canceled the day due to the weather... The sun was shining, not a dark cloud in sight. I told them that is canceled my day in order to make this appointment because my dogs needed grooming. I was hung up on before I was able to reschedule the appointment. I've called at least four times since then to reschedule my appointment and got no answer. So I've taken my business elsewhere. It's too bad for them, I have a large social media following and could've gotten them quite a bit of business. All they had to do was reschedule my appointment. SMH. Well good luck to them. I hope they gain some new insight on business ethics and practice. Otherwise this business is not going to last much longer.

I've used Agape grooming since 2009, I love their service and they way they take care of my dogs. I've recommending them to friends and had nothing but the best service.
