Alpha Towing

I called for a wrecker service for my mustang at 130pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I was told that someone would be coming to me within the hour. No one ever showed up or called me about my vehicle. I called the number again over 3 hours after our first conversation, and no one would answer the phone. Luckily I was not stranded on the side of the road, or I would have a lot more to say about this company and more on a personal note as well. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
