We were so happy we chose Applewood. Affordable and excellent service. I called around to get prices and no one was kinder then the lady who answered the phone. She explained everything from beginning to end and everything went perfectly. Our trip home was just as nice. They picked us up from our cruise and even offered to stop so we could get something to eat. Will use again and highly recommend.

We had used Applewood in the past for travel to and from the airport with no issues. I called them two weeks ago to book a ride to the airport for my fiancé on Christmas morning so she could join us in Florida for the holiday. They quoted me a price and sent a confirmation. The day before the trip they sent an email stating there would be a $50 service charge for the holiday! This had not been disclosed to me before and was very off putting. But we had no choice since it was last minute. They were supposed to be at our home at 5 am this morning but did not show! My fiancé had to grab her car and quickly get to the airport and find parking. She made the flight with 5 minutes to spare. The excuse the limo company gave was that the driver's alarm didn't wake him up. Needless to say we will never use them again. There are plenty of other reliable and honest car services out there. No reason to ever use Applewood. Incredibly disappointed.

Booked the car for one the executives at my job. She explained the car service was great, the driver got her to the airport earlier than expected which was wonderful. Great car service! I would most definitely book with them again.

The quality of care is the best around from start to finish. The booking process is quick, easy, and friendly. The drivers are very pleasant and always on time. The cars are clean and comfortable. You could not ask for a better experience. I use Applewood for all my travel needs and so should you.
