Butler Plumbing Company

I called this company based on the first review which stated "They quoted me the charges over the phone and stuck to them when they completed the job." They would not quote their prices over the phone (which they could easily do because they have an eight tier pricing which covers all their work). So I paid the $45 house call fee to have them give me a quote of an additional $243, for a total of $288. I did not use them and got it done with another company for $75. They do NOT give quotes over the phone. Apparently they make a good living just walking in and out the door for $45 per visit.

They came out to help with a Hot Water heater problem and were quick and reasonably priced. They quoted me the charges over the phone and stuck to them when they completed the job.
