Provided by Superpagesthe guy who answered the phone was rude as heck....didnt even say anything after i mentioned that was more money than i could afford right now......HE JUST HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME
.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would advise people to go to another tow service based upon the lack of customer appreciation, and that "person" ...which he obviously has no clue about common courtesy !! terrible customer relations, i seen some reviews and should of known better than to even try to give them money for a service which they obviously dont give a hoot about to begine with..SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST SHAME!!!!!!!!!
Contacted 5 different wrecker services and as soon as I spoke to Vivian, I knew this was the wrecker service I wanted to use. All those contacted quoted me the same price but Butlers was the only one who took the time to ask questions as to what I needed in order to assure a smooth transaction. I am bedridden as I am battling cancer and everything was done over the phone. Of course Vivian did not know I had cancer so for her to go above and beyond was an extra bonus to the superb service we received by this company. They were so professional and the service was quick. Thank you again Vivian and Butlers for the exceptional service
