Excellent service!!! I highly recommend him. I had ordered a special lock off the Internet and the customers who reviewed it commented on "difficult installation". Mr. Copeland had no problem whatsoever with the installation. He's obviously very adept at his job and is also quite affable. He educated me on how thieves were getting past my locks and did some "clean up" work around the door (my words, not his) to improve on the work an in-experienced maintenance man provided several years ago when he drilled for the deadbolt. I am very pleased with Mr. Copeland's work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
