I will never use this company rude I will let everyone I know not to call them they charge you for a service that isn't completed and won't work with you plus they where late the first time I called and still charge me the Same amount they said they didn't know they had to drop a car off took more than an two hours I only needed to jump start my car I called again didn't even apologize for not knowing and for the mishave could of said or tried wrong out a deal with me to make your client happy like I'll rake 5% off not a lot but it sounds nice and no and tried charging me the same amount when I called the the third time to see why no one came wprst customer service not on time bad communication.

Awful. Hydraulic jack broke on first service vehicle they sent. Told me they would send another truck, then called to tell me they didn't have anyone else available and left me stranded.

Excellent service, they arrived 20 minutes after i first called, the driver was very nice and the price was as they told me on the phone,

horrible! dont use them you could pay double! called for towing after battery died, they told me it would be $65 towed my car a mile and they charged misc. fees totalling 120. fees were call, hook up, un hook..called to inquire rep yelled and said she told me, said the convo was recorded, i asked to hear it, turns out she never told me about the fees, they said they would 'look in to my refund'

I wasn't happy with the service I received from the guys that responded to my call. The manager, personally, called me, talked to me for over 30 minutes and remedied the situation quickly. Thanks, Delta!
