        I give Doug 5 stars for expertise for he knows appliances and will fix them correctly, but he does not listen to the customer, so the customer has to repeat the same thing over more than once! As much as he will order a part, or appliance and make an appt. with the customer, he does not let the customer know if the part arrived and has them waiting around for a call where they have to re-schedule again. This happened twice with us! We had to call him, and then he told us he would be at my home in a half hour and came over an hour late. He did not apologize for that but acted entitled since he was in the two hour time frame. So, he lacks professionalism in dealing with the customer, showing little respect for them!!!!

        My refrigerator went warm so I google searched and found Doug. I called him at about 10 AM on a Tuesday, he said he had time that afternoon. He called me before he came and was punctual and professional upon arrival. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had a replacement part ready, and fixed it in an hour. The appliance was in an awkward spot but he did not complain at all. I couldn't have asked for better service and his rate was reasonable. I would highly recommend him for appliance fixes and will use him again.
