please do not use, waited 7 hours and had to go home. They called later the next night. Dispatch girl has attitude, drivers were out doing other things.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Bad equipment. They will say 20 mins then when you call back in 30 mins. say 20 mins more. They have drivers that don't know what they're doing.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is a horrible company. Waited hours on them after my insurance sent them out only to have them try to scam me out of more money. Beware of this company. There are good people out there unfortunately this company has none that I dealt with

Provided by SuperpagesGreat Service. I was stuck on the mud and the insurance company told me it would be an hour before anyone got there. They dispatched Echo Towing on a whim and he was there in 20 minutes. I was on my way less than 30 minutes after calling. This was my one experience with them but it was a positive one and they are at the top of my list if I ever need help again. Bravo.

Provided by Superpagesafter 2 hours the towing guy showed up, said the flat was in the back and could not tow. We called the towing company directly and they said we had to call ford motor back, hung up on us. then the towing guy raised his voice and told us you just wasted my time got in his towing truck and sped off while my 3 year old was watching and got scared. Horrible service.

Very Poor Customer Service!
My car broke down while I was driving home from work. I called my insurance company and they notified Echo Auto Towing Inc. were I was located. My insurance said that it would be about an hour till they arrived, so I just sat in my car and waited.
Well after 30 mins after their ETA time, I called Echo Auto Towing with the number that my insurance company had text me. Well I was informed that the service was cancelled, but the worst part is that they did not let anybody know, not my self or
my insurance company. I am amazed at how they can stay in business with this type of operating procedure. I would never use or recommend this company.
