Five Star Towing

How do you tell me the night before that my tow will be 300. I call the next morning, its 340. I show up, its 365, then on top of that, they charge me 5% to retrieve my car. They are crooks and racist also. $383 bucks after you are quoted $300 the night before.

Illegally towed my car while I was at a concert. Didn't even bother with the 50 plus cars that we're actually parked illegally. Now wanting me to pay $170 to get my car back. Why is it that they can steal my car, charge me for it, and not tow the cars that should be towed?

Huge bill. I was stuck in the middle of the road, and the police officer called for towing. The guy showed up and said he needed $150 in cash to tow. I told him leave it then. He told me, once called they take it. It would have been impounded if I didn't pay. He wanted more money, but I was scrounging in my change to make $150. Who carries that much money? Really bad. Held me hostage.

Let me start by expressing my disappointment in having to select 1 star because zero wasn't an option. I was in an accident, and the officer was in a hurry to get my totaled car out of the middle of the road so he had 0 star towing pick my car up. Right after I got in the tow truck the driver went to take off and then oddly pulled over, saying he was having trouble with the electronic throttle on his truck, so he wouldn't be able to take me to my house to drop me and the car off. We went to his impound yard instead. Now, I have a $280 bill. And please keep in mind that they took me from 5mile in Boise to 39th in garden city, and has only accrued one day of impound fees. I don't see how that adds up to $280. They state that they are a proud member of the better business bureau. HA! I'm contacting a lawyer

Don't use this towing company. I tried to get my car out of their lot, but I called their business number, and had the worst time actually getting a hold of them.
