        Overall

        Very poor experience with this company. It started with "up-selling" and continued with not receiving what I was quoted. After the run-a-round with the technician, operator, and customer service rep, I finally gave up. One of the most frustrating experiences I have had. There are many other quality companies out there, so find someone else!
