I would like to share my positive experience with this company. When I was placing my first order the representatives took really good care of us and our clients. They helped us to choose a gift basket within our budget and even came extra way with switching some items for us. On the day of delivery we received the confirmation email and also a thank you note from the recipients who were very excited and impressed with the presentation. I really appreciate this kind of customer care which is not typical these days.

Absolutely fantastic Customer Service and product! I am in the United States and sent a gift to Eastern Europe without complication. They delivered the order within 3 days even with the awful weather conditions. They promptly responded to all my inquiries and I spoke to a live representative whenever I called. The recipient was thrilled with the surprise. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the gift basket was a bit too pricey for me but otherwise excellent service and I highly recommend it to everyone who needs a trustworthy company to send overseas.

Terrible!!. I trusted the company to deliver a special gift for someone in Cordoba, Argentina. I contacted five days before the special day and I ordered in advance to be sure the order was going to arrive. I contacted them the next day reminding them about the special day was going to be four days from that moment and they reply they were going to do their best. The day of the delivery I contacted them in the morning to remind them about the delivery to be made in Cordoba, Argentina. They reply “it is on the way”, the hours passed and I was on an online chat with the company asking them about the hour the delivery was going to take place and they said they couldn’t say but that they estimate between 9am and 5pm. Every hour I contacted them to see what was going on, it was already 6pm, 7pm, 9pm, 10pm and the gift never arrived. It was so important for me and I ended up with a sad day and the special person never received the gift. I wrote them asking them to give me back the money and they said they were going to check but they never confirmed me about this. The next day of the delivery the person the package was addressed to was contacted and he agreed with the local company to collect the package (a gift, a surprise) and how is possible that, some hours later they just called him to take this gift from him since it was cancelled? This is just terrible. Hopefully I will get my money back, but they WILL NEVER give me that special day back….

I have to say i’m very satisfied with this service. For me as a customer, is very important to know that you care about my satisfaction. They answered my mails immediately, were always very kind and, most important of all, were able to admit a mistake and offered me different solutions for it. Nowadays is very hard to find a service like that and I really hope they can keep it like that. I’ve ordered several times in their site and i’ve been always very pleased with their service!

Customer service is excellent. Anytime i had a question prior to placing my order with them, they were quick and concise with their responses. Placing the order itself was very easy. But most important of all to me was that the item delivered to my girl friend made her very happy. Everything in the basket was of good quality. I could not have asked for anything better from a company locally. I will definitely do business with them again in the near future!

He is currently in the Czech Republic and we wanted to send him something that had to be delivered on this actual birthday. I've used some companies before but you know they have such a tendency to replace the shown gifts with others of lower quality. With this company everything is different.
