Gilmore should come up with a Relator HVAC inspection & diagnostic that does not include work on the unit but does include detailed itemization of the findings. Otherwise, great service!

We had a major emergency last week. The heater was turned on and wouldn't turn off. The thermostat was broken and the house got up to almost 101 degrees. We called Gilmore and they sent somebody right out to fix it. They ended up replacing the whole thing with in 1 hour, everything brand new and it wasn't that much. Gilmore really comes through when you need them to! Thank you all very much!

A couple months ago, I had my air conditioning unit tuned for the summer. Cody Richardson was the technician that performed the service. Cody was very professional, taking great pride in his work. He is extremely knowledgeable about the company and went to great lengths to explain the services provided by Gilmore. It was very evident that he is proud of the company and the fact that he is an employee of Gilmore. He was very respectful to us, and I appreciated that he also treated our home with respect. He has excellent communication skills, he kept my full attention during his explanations. Gilmore is very fortunate to have this young man in their employ.
