Showed up on time, and did a great job. However, when we went to pay them, they refused to give us a Tax-ID/EIN number, which is illegal. We told them we could not pay over $2,000 without a tax-id. They cited religious reasons and said that "All funds are accepted as donations to Church of Yahweh Ministry." I go to church, I make donations, my church has a Tax-ID number. If you're non-profit, that's between you and the IRS, but you still have a Tax-ID. They then turned us over to a collections agency. We paid the collections agency, because they had a Tax-ID. Sounds to me like you're running a poor business, or just a SCAM, in the name of religion.

Wonderful service. They are trained on how to trim a tree. Not a bunch of guys cutting every different direction. They chipped the mulch and gave it to me. They have insurance. Grace has a degree and knows her business. I have used them more than once. Sure it costs more but you get what you pay for. Thanks Holt!
