Horrible towing company piss poor customer service and whoever put the receptionist in charge should be fired for her horrible over the phone skills.

Worst place ever. They were trying to towed my car but I got there before they hooked it. They guy back up wrecklessly almost hitting me. He then charge $77.75 even when the car was not hook.

Been waiting for a tow for over an hour. My one star is the least of their troubles. They don't answer their phone. Ever.

I was towed by them! my apartment complex didn't even let me know I needed a sticker and I was towed. but I don't blame them I just think there needs to be better communication between this towing company and all the apartment complex they have with them! in all The guy is suppose to refund me the cost we had to pay and, they gave me stickers to put on mine and all my recurring guest vehicles! at least they are trying! I am a tenant of Camino Del Sol Apt. Complex, Pasadena, Tx. I am P****d, My car was in the shop and I had a company vehicle to get to and from work, I wake up the next morning to find out that the Company vehicle had been towed by J & C Towing for not having a sticker on the window, it's like having a visitor and their car get towed for not having a sticker. WTH. I had to pay $288.00 for the company vehicle to be released, I will be contacting someone in this matter, These Wrecker Companies are predators.

I have been towed twice by these scumbags from my apt. complex. 1st time illegally towed and just 2 days ago for the same reason. Each time $300+ whatever they decide to put in their pockets. Happy to say the these scumbags have now been banned by our complex manager and are never to come back again or step on the property. 1802 Campbell - Leaf Hollow Apartments

I was towed around 4 10 am in the morning in my apartment complex .... I was notified by my neighbors that I was been towed so they offered me at ride to the tow company .While riding we followed the tow truck and my car did not have hazard lights on nor was it hooked completely to tow truck my car was hooked side ways but they said, reason for towing was no resident parking tag and that was not true I've been in my apartment 4 years so now I'm just waiting on apartment property to open to handle this issue without paying a fee.

Illegally towed for no reason! I will be suing JC & the property manager of my apartment complex. I am insured, have a registration sticker, have a inspection sticker & parking pass. Also, was parked within the lines. These people are crooks!!!!

I was towed for parking right next to the red line that said tow zone thats fine my info was never put into the system after 3 hrs that's illegal they have 2 1/2 hrs to do so they charged me 295 to get my SUV out they never asked for DL or insurance information so anyone could have taken my truck then later in the same week they tried to tow me again while there was a car parked in front of my apt facing traffic they bypass them and "tried" to tow me again I think my apts the crossing at willow bend are mad cause they messed up on my lease and now they owe me on back lights bills they owe me 2 months of no rent so I won't renew my lease but ill be sure to call 911 befor I call this towing company the person that answered was very rude and tried hanging up on me while I tried to get info about my vehicle cause houston police department couldn't find any record of my SUV being towed there a scam and mony hungry watch out if you have a problem with the apt complex....
