Liberty Towing

Excellent service. One of our work trucks broke down in Ludowici and we needed it towed to Hinesville. The guy who went to get our work truck was very professional.

Absolutely terrible, extremely rude, and not even a remote sense of care for the customer. I am a national guard soldier on FT. Stewart (takes me 4 hours to get here from home). I came for drill in Jan. and got stuck in a ditch late at night and needed help. Didn't have ANY money, but I called up the sheriff office. Then they called liberty towing. I managed to call around and scrap up $50. It took him about 10 mins to get there and about 5 mins to pull me out. And charged me $150. And when I told him I didn't have it shook me down for the rest of the money by taking my $450 watch as collateral or he was going to tow my car away. Now I have the money to get my watch back and I'm in town for drill, they won't work with me to give me my watch back and wont give a receipt so my insurance can reimburse me. These people don't care at all about you or your car.

These guys were great! I called them on a Sunday afternoon, and they were able to tow my car the next morning. The driver, Larry, arrived on time, and was a very nice man to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate at all to use them again.
