        I have been having my air-condition serviced since 2008 in this home, and the clanking and knocking noise issue never seemed to be repaired. The issue normally happen when the aircondition is winding down just before it shuts off. Pro-Edge sent me a young man and a trainee. I told them the problem and to my surprise, it's been a few months now, the problem with my unit has not reoccured. So,so happy and definitely will stay with this company next time my aircond is due for any service.
