Sunburst Window Cleaning

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.!!!!!!! I can't stress enough how POORLY that this service is run..!!! I hired and paid for this service as a gift to my parents. NO PROBLEM on the "taking my payment" part. The scheduling of the service however, TERRIBLE..!!! After multiple calls, emails, pages and texts, I finally received a call back to schedule. Of course, all furniture in all rooms had to be moved away from the windows for access to clean. We NO CALL/NO SHOW..!! After over 13 phone calls, emails, pages and texts again, I finally received a call back to "re-schedule" my original appointment. Keep in mind, the house and furniture are still a mess waiting for the cleaning. After a laundry list of excuses as to why the first appointment was never met, I was rescheduled.. Wee guess what.? After rescheduling my Saturday around THEIR schedule, they once again were a NO CALL/NO SHOW... SO here the house stands, torn apart, waiting for the cleaning (as a gift that I gave none the less). Looks like I will have to try to find someone else that is competent to do the work... THANKS SUNBURST WINDOW CLEANING..!!!!
