        Best customer service I have ever had- and no, I'm not related to Candice and Robert. They helped me determine what needed to be repaired and gave me options from $35 to $300. I had a quote of $940, so they were much better.

        Very Poor Service ~ Was threated by the male owner to sue me.

        I came in 10 minutes before closing time to purchase a watch band. The nice lady helping me found what I needed and I asked If I could take a quick look to match colors and the male owner said yoy need to leave were closing and still after asking to just buy the band and install myslef he said no I need you to leave.

        I found the Diamond Mine about a year ago and I have been going to them ever since. They perform the services in-house which I prefer. I've had my wedding ring prongs repaired, broken chains fixed and watch batteries replaced and every service has been impeccable. I took one of my watches in for a new battery and after I left they called because they noticed my crystal was in bad shape and asked if I wanted it replaced. They could have just performed the service I asked for and I would have been happy but they went the extra mile. I hadn't even notice how badly the crystal was scratched until I saw the new one. The customer service is excellent and reminiscent of years ago when business owners cared about providing quality service to their customers. D. Irby

        I am so pleased to find The Diamond Mine! Robert and Candice, the owners, took care of my ring sizing in one day and fixed my husband's watch the very next day. I'm never going back to the mall for jewelry. Incredible service and great atmosphere. Denise T.
