The Seamless Gutter Company

Initially I would have given this company a good review. Like one of the other customers, I too had problems getting a company to respond, the Seamless Gutter Co was the one exception. The day of the installation I was very surprised by the age of the installation crew, a couple of young girls probably in their twenties and their mom the supervisor. The mom (Lea) is the person who came out to make the estimate. The installation appeared to have gone smoothly and the gutters look nice.



But, this is where my satisfaction ends. A few weeks after instillation we had some rain and discovered several leaks at the gutter joints, I called and those were adjusted promptly. The next rain I had another similar leak in a different location. I called and e-mailed several times over about a four-week period and, when I finally got a hold of Lea she told me someone had been out and the problem had been corrected. There has not been any rain since that time so I don’t know if the leak has been fixed, and I have no idea if someone actually came out and did the repairs. Furthermore I do not appreciate someone coming to my home and doing work without my knowledge or permission.



Now one of the gutters is coming away from the house (they were installed less than 6mos ago). In the last 6 weeks I have made 10 phone calls and sent 7 e-mails attempting to schedule an appointment to show them the problem. 4 weeks ago I received a response to one of my emails telling me someone would be out, I reiterated that I wanted to make an appointment and did not want someone just coming out without us being there. At this point, this is where it stands. Needless to say I wish I had never gotten involved with this company.

I have been calling around LA to find a gutter company to do my house. I was fustrated with the amount of unreturned calls and rude sales people. Lee, at The Seamless Gutter Company was very friendly and got an estimater to me within the week. Their prices were reasonable and the work was outstanding! I would DEFINATELY reccomend them to anyone who wants great looking gutters at affordable prices! (Not to mention great customer service!)
