Tow Squad

AVOID! Don't waste your time. I called to schedule a Flat bead tow truck. They sent the wrong truck. Totally screwed my whole day.

NEVER use this company. I was down town (0.41 miles from the company) and I waited over an hour for a tow truck. They promised a truck would be there in 30 minutes or less. $83 for them to tow me 1 mile. I called their customer service to ask for an ETA and they couldn't give me one. I asked what they were going to do to compensate me for waiting double the time they promised and they said they couldn't do anything, that I couldn't cancel the tow truck (I would still be charged the $83), all I could do was wait. I wish I could give them a rating of less than 1 star. I can't remember the last time I was treated so poorly.
