Towing 24 7

Very Unprofessional!
My vehicle was towed because the handicap sign was not visible. I asked for proof and was showed a picture of a different vehicle (even a different color) on the attendant’s phone. They knew it was not mine and that is why they would not forward it to my email and stated that they could only show me on their phone. They charged me for 2 days even though it was less than 24hrs. I told the (ghetto & unprofessional) girl there that I didn’t agree with the charges & wrote that on the receipt. She ripped my receipt and said I could not write anything but my signature and she was going to start charging me for each receipt that she had to write. I paid it just to avoid a headache from dealing with these people as it was obvious that I wasn’t going anywhere with them. I did not trust the girl driving my vehicle but I was not allowed to drive it out myself so she had to drive my vehicle to me.

Worse customer service in the country. They are unethical. They tell you a price and when it is time to pay is double of what they quoted you for. We requested a service and the very angry dispatcher failed to tell us how the business operated. They charged us 40 minutes of "driving time" when the driver told us it only took him 20mins. When you try to talk to them, they won't let you talk to a manager. When we call to explain what happened, we were talking and we started hearing music...they put us on hold without telling us. The ladies, Maria and Veronica, were rude, and dishonest. At first they will tell you that they have not talked to you before and later they say that you called them few times when in reality you only talked to them once. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
