        From my experience with this c...

        From my experience with this company they did not make the repairs in a timely manner. It is also very hard to contact the company directly. I had to leave messages on the machine and they return the calls late in the evening. On more than one occassion the machine was full and could not accept any more messages. The did not make the correct repair on the first visit and had to order the correct parts. The correct repair was made after three vistis.
