Excellent People, Excellent Service. Been taking care of my elderly dads appliances for over 15 years.....

This morning I called to find out how it would cost to have someone to come out and look at my dish washer that hasn't been drying. A young lady answers and gives me the price. So I said to the young lady thank you so much and she just hung up. I'm not going to use a company that has poor costumer service. The least she could have said was thank you, or wait for the customer to hang up first. This is a lost art with business nowadays.

The young man was way more help than I could ever imagine Very informative! Things I never knew about a dryer he was able to show and tell me about! I recommend Woodard & Sons Appliances to anyone for repairs or to buy! Thank you so much!

built-in wall oven needed repair. was told on phone service charge would be $59, whether I had oven repaired by them or not. ok. The company sent a man named Jacob over a couple days later. I decided not to have it repaired at this time. He charged me $60. Later that evening i went into kitchen and noticed he had NOT put oven back into the wall space all the way! It was protruding out of the opening about 1" all the way around!!! Looks ridiculous! Even worse is the fact that when I opened the oven door, I saw that Jacob had left 2 of the ovens screws laying in the bottom of the oven!!!

I called this company around 9am this morning and they were here before 2pm this afternoon. They diagnosed the issue that i have with my Whilpool Cabrio Washer and they will be back on Tues. the latest. The gentleman that came was very nice and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in Ft. Stewart.
