I am a regular customer of citicab for it has the cheapest rate. Everyday I pay $8. from work to home. Today, it charged me $9. I called the operator and she said it's $9. I told her I am a regular customer and I always pay $8. that's why I take citicab. I can transfer to another company. She doesn't care. She said okey. She doesn't care for she is not the owner. She's just an employee. Today, May 4, you have lost a regular customer and I will tell other people as well!!
