The quality of service has dropped tremendously the last couple of years. You can't get through on the phone anymore, and you can't speak to anyone above a supervisor level. You used to be able to call and get someone who could handle your phone call and help you out. Now it's just rude an anonymous phone clerk who think they are judge judy. They have final say and they won't let you talk to anyone. They put you in the system so you keep getting the same annoying supervisor. They won't even give you another supervisor. It's a shame. Me and my family had to stop using them and switch to our neighborhood TD bank where everyone is nice to us again.
