Overall

I wish I could rate less than one star. They failed to provide service and have allowed my family with two children and a baby to go two weeks without our stove. I contacted a professional who said appliance tech is known for failing to provide service. The most horrible part is the part we needed turns out to be common and most places that fix appliances have it in stock. We trusted them and they have allowed us to go this long when it is a one hour fix with common parts.

We have a Samsung Refrigerator/Freezer that is about a year old, on September 9, 2017 we had trouble with the icemaker and called the Samsung company and the company talked me through what to do. The icemaker worked for about a month and quit making ice once again so I tried to trouble shoot it myself once again to no avail so called the company once again and they had me call APPLIANCE TECH to get the problem fixed. I called them on 10/17/17 and talked to a lady called Amanda and she asked where we bought the appliance and I told her Lowes and she said she would call and verify that the refrigerator was still under warrantee. She called me back within an hour to let me know that it was still under warrantee and was ready to make an appointment to have a tech come out. But she said she would check with the tech to see what would have to be done. She found out that a part would have to be ordered, she called me back to let me know and said she would call when the part was in to make the appointment. Amanda called me on 10/19 to let me know the part was in and wanted to know if I would like to have the icemaker repaired on 10/20 in the AM. We made the appointment and the Tech, John Thompson, came in and replaced the icemaker and did an excellent job and he stated that he has had to do this same repair to other Samsung refrigerators. But I was very impressed by the service I received from these people and I would recommend them anytime!!!!! Thank You for a job well done. It was a pleasant experience for me.

Worst company i have ever had the displeasure to deal with. It takes them weeks to come out and fix an appliance and then they tell me theyre waiting on a part, of course when they finally show up the part that I had to wait 3 weeks for wasn't even correct. Then had to wait two more weeks. The owner doesn't seem to care about anyone but herself and as long as she gets her money who cares if someones washer machine isn't working! The owner sounds fake and phony on the phone its very obvious she doesnt know how to run a business.

As a related professional in the Kitchen and Bath business, I must say they have the worst customer service and management I have seen in a long time. Avoid this company.

I would also give them a less than 1 rating (-20). The owner is difficult to reach, rarely returns call, is rude and has a lousy attitude. Unfortunately I had to use then due to having an extended warranty. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. AWFUL!!!!!!!

I also wish there was a less than one star rating for this company. They were sent out twice by Samsung to fix my refrigerator and failed both times. Now they won't return my calls and my ice maker is still broken. They got their money and RAN! BE WARE!! Wouldn't recommend to an attorney.

My Kenmore dryer was not heating while spinning and when the repairman came he replaced the fuse. Within a few days the fuse was blown again and he returned within 24 hours of my call. Prior to his visit the second time, we had cleaned out the duct hose/vent and once the second fuse was installed we were very pleased that our dryer was working again. The repairman that came to our home was very professional and provided excellent customer service.

I had scheduled a morning repair call with Appliance Tech through Whirlpool to have the front door seal replaced and also the washer was making a terrible sound with a burning smell. About an hour later I received a call from Appliance Tech rep telling me that I could not have a morning repair call due to they refuse to come to my area until after lunchtime. So I waited all day and the repairman shows up at about 1500 takes pictures of the washer and tells me he needs to order parts. After three weeks go by I get a call and my parts are in but it will take another week and a half to come back and repair my washer. So finally two tech show up and replace the washer tub and the front seal it took over 2 hrs. So I had to leave and when I came home I went to us the washer and the front door seal was full of water. I looked at the seal and it was installed upside down. So I called them to come fix the problem, they told me it would be another two weeks before they could get to my washer again. It has now been two months since the first repairman was here to look at the washer and it still is not fixed and now they refuse to come back and fix the seal even though they installed it upside down and the water does not fully drain out of the washer machine.
