Country Club Estates

Country Club estate previously was a great place to live but in efforts to maintain money the complex has begain to rent to anyone in order to profit. Although the landlord breaks his neck to ensure quality the building is old, moldly, and disgusting. I've lived there 5 yrs and when I purchased a home with only 3 months left on my lease Country Club Estate would not let me out. On top of that they charged me a late on an apartment I haven't lived it for over a month.
