Angelo's Auto Sales

I was interested in a car at Angelo's. I signed the paper work but did not sign the loan check before returning home to retrieve my title to the truck. At home, I calculated that I could not afford the monthly payments & Loan APR was 27.98%. At home, I called them and wanted to terminate sale. They cashed the loan check even though I informed them I wanted to terminate the sale. Had I signed they check, I imagine they would have tried to force me to pay for the car. Now, I am fighting them to get back my down payment of $1,200 by going to small claims court. It is better to deal with a large commercial dealership, take it from me.
